How does this happen?
The equipment assemblage begins with the equipment delivery to the place of assemblage. This is done by one or more cars where the equipment is located depending on the size, assembled or disassembled.
LIFTING WORK
Then with the help of special technology devices, tools and machinery the equipment is delivered to the installation area, i.e. the lifting work is on.
Many people think that lifting work is the same as that loader service but it's not entirely true. There is a good definition of lifting work. It means moving off-clearance loads with specialized equipment and auxiliary devices. The loaders, as a rule, work without using of specialized equipment and do not have the skills needed to carry out the lifting operations. The lifting of the equipment is used not only to facilitate the task of the loaders. The machine, equipment, conveyors and other elements loading by lifting work helps to keep the process well, has a positive effect on performance time and secures the safety of the expensive equipment. The professional lifting includes the following accessories: cables, safety hooks, ropes, chains, crooks, cords, slings, etc. Over the years the experience worked of heavy equipment lifting became the well thought-out system. When carrying out the lifting work the important role play the experience of staff and the coherency of their work. That’s why it is inexpediently to trust the work to untrained people. The competent spade-work with a detailed plan of follow-up plus their own special equipment and trained staff of experts guarantee one hundred percent result of our work.
At the making of the service contract with the customer it must stipulate for an item on lifting work.
Then the assemblage of the equipment is carried out which includes:
- installation of process equipment;
- wire bonding and equipment connection;
- assembly of technological pipelines;
- mounting of air communications;
- assemblage of metal ware;
- network installation: water, steam
Disassembling.
Often when purchasing new equipment or when moving to a different location is required to disassemble the used equipment.
Today the equipment and complete production lines have a high level of automation. Carrying out disassemling it is necessary to consider many factors:
- accuracy of disconnection of each piece of equipment;
- each (even a very small part) should be necessarily included in the specification and carefully packed;
- the equipment installed on a pallet must be carefully packed and high quality fixed.
If you carry out these conditions the assemblage in a new place will be successful.
And the most important condition is that the assemblage and disassembling must be done by specialists of the same organization.
