Semi-automatic filling machine for vacuum bags (Bag-in-box)

A new, complete, upgradable, automated filling machine, is ideal for filling of vacuum bags and rigid containers from 2 to 30 litres. The machines are equipped high precision metering systems. The chassis is made entirely of stainless stell.

The carries out the following operation completely automatically:

• Start filling cycle (DAS system);
• Removes tap;
• Removes air from the bag;
• Meters flow and fills bag;
• Fits tap;
• Automatic extraction full bags.

• Stainless stell butterfly valve - 40 Macon/DIN/Garolla;

• High-warm-up hydraulic flow (up to 85 °С);
• Vacuum gauge for monitoring pressure;
• «Pump activation» function;
• «Purge/clean» function;
• Drip tray;
• Self-control of all processes with indication on screen;
• Purge on shutdown and start-up;
• Cleaning tube with jointing tip.

SAFETY:

• The filling machine is compliant with European directive 98/37/ЕС pertaining to machine safety - approved by the APAVE certification agency;

• Liquid changeover in less than 2 minutes;
