Semi-automatic filling machine for vacuum bags (Bag-in-box)
A complete, upgradable, automated filling machine, is ideal for medium and large-scale filling of vacuum bags and rigid containers from 2 to 30 litres. The chassis is made entirely of stainless stell.
The carries out the following operation completely automatically:
- Removes tap;
- Removes air from the bag;
- Meters flow and fills bag;
- Fits tap.

- Drip tray;
- Purge on shutdown and start-up;
- Cleaning tube with jointing tip.
SAFETY:
- The filling machine is compliant with European directive 98/37/ÅÑ pertaining to machine safety - approved by the APAVE certification agency;

- Liquid changeover in less than 2 minutes;

- «Anti-rip» pressure reducer on vacuum circuit.
