Packing machine VI-30

The machine is for the dosing prepackaging and tightness packaging of liquid, jelly, pasty and hard fluid (also with a soft fillers) products in plastic glass or another polymer containers. It is possible to use the glasses and tanks of different diameters, shapes and volumes made in polystyrene (PS), polypropylene (РР), multilayer materials, aluminum, cardboards and etc.

The glass closing is made with the help of aluminum foil caps. The machine can be used for the packaging of the products such as: yogurt, cream, dairy butter, ketchup, cheese, milk (also condensed milk), cream, mayonnaise, sauces, chocolate pastes, jam, vegetable oil, syrup, tomato paste, juice, honey, coarse curd, mustard, horse-radish, wine, cosmetic cream, nutrition for children, medical product and etc.

Dosing-closing machine ВИ-30 is made in two different variants with 8-positions and 12-positions rotor (to use the glasses with different diameters of neck and different high, 75 and 95 mm for aluminum foil caps or 77,92 and 101 mm for plastic cap). The machine can be manual or pneumatic-manual.

It may be equipped by:

• supplementary or non-serial dosator for coarse and hard fluid products with high complex dosing and packaging;
• set of supplementary units and details for changing one glass type and dimension to another;
• pneumatic piston pump for transfer the hard fluid products in the daily tank;
• receiving vat with a mixer or heat booster.
