The experience and the continuous research of the company «Pera», France led to the creation of a new destemmer
PERA H 800 è H 1000. The main direction of the company is the wine machine production.
In a new serial H destemmer the quality of product was improved. The company aimed to satisfy the wine-makers
request, to make the machine easy to clean and to serve.
Characteristics
The improvement is achieved by the following way:
- A big cage diameter permits the crude to move easy and the separator to rotate easy. The cage is made of two segments of screen with holes of different diameters in each segment.
- The separator has the pipe fingers with the straight vains at the end in stainless steel. The rotation speed of this unit is electronically controlled.
Maintenance
Easy cleaning and maintenance:
- by direct access due to the total cover on length;
- by direct communications with the driver system;
- by mechanical lifting of the driver system;
- by direct access to the cage and support system for removal or changing;
- by cleaning with the help of spray jet on the whole cage's length.
The destemmers of PERA give you the possibility to receive the best results in wine-making.
