Semiautomatic device for 50-60 bott./hour

The equipment is suitable for washing, filling of 18,9 of litres (5 gallons) plastic large bottles with the clean disinfectant water and also for the closing with plastic taps.

By a principle of work the equipment is shared on two important parts: washing/rinsing part and filling-corking part.

In one compartment outside and inside the bottle washes and rinses, in another there is a filling and closing. The excellent washing inside of large bottle is provided with a turning washing head that sprays with a big jet a washing-up liquid on an internal surface of a bottle. Thus all surface including hard accessible places are well cleared. Rinsing occurs already to the clean filtered water.
