The equipment is intended for simultaneous rinsing and disinfection of the bottles by the decay means. This is the ideal variant for a small manufactures.
The basic part of the equipment is the rinsing compartment with 9 places for the bottles. The principle of the work is similar to a bottle washer. The bottles insert and the stainless steel pump with closing of the top of the door supplies a liquid on internal surface of the bottles. From here the liquid comes back into the tank. The time of the rinsing depends on the used liquid, approximately 10-20 s. The liquid needs to be changed according to the recommendations of the manufacturer of the liquid.
The door of a compartment is transparent. It is made of polycarbonate. The rinsing begins with the closing of a door and switching of the optical sensor control. The equipment doesn't work with the open door. If the washing-disinfectant level is decreased the equipment disconnects protecting the pump from the failure. The equipment is made of stainless steel. It is easy to clean and it doesn't demand special care.

NOTES:
The equipment is for rinsing and disinfection of new bottles! The applied method doesn't replace the effective cleaning of special bottle washer.
