Rinsing machine

The equipment is for rinsing or preliminary rinsing of the bottles by the delivery water. The equipment strips easy the pollution and the dust. It is the ideal variant for the small manufactures produced the provision which after the filling pass the pasteurization process or for container of foodstuff.

The principle of work is similar to the rinsing - disinfectant machine, but here is used the delivery water. The bottles insert and the magnetic valve with closing of the top of the door turns on water through the atomizers on an internal surface of the bottles. The water flows down in the water drain from here. The time of rinsing is approximately 10-20 s. The number of places is 9.

The door of a compartment is a transparent. It is made of polycarbonate. The rinsing begins after closing a door (an optical sensor control functions). The equipment doesn't work with an open door. The equipment is made of the stainless steel. It is easy to clean, doesn't demand a special care.

NOTES:

The equipment is intended for rinsing the new bottles! The used method doesn't replace the effective cleaning of special bottle washers.

  • The additional timer on the control panel of a case for installation of time of rinsing.
  • Typical water-preparation (the stainless steel filter, the paper filter, carbon canister, the ultra-violet device - 1500 L/hour).
  • Ultra-violet - ozone lamp for air disinfection in the room.
