Design and principle of work of the equipment it is similar on the bottle washer.

The equipment is intended for washing (by a warm wash material) and rinsing of the plastic boxes of the various sizes, and also the siphons located in them.

Due to application in the equipment of the built - in turning sprays, boxes and siphons quickly get a packaging and essentially decrease the consumption of a wash material and the electric power.

Installation is very compact - the size is no more than a lunch table, it's easy to arrange it in the plants that have a small space. In the device are located at once two six-, eight- or ten-seated boxes. The process of washing is fully-automated, thus the human factor is minimal. It is necessary only to put and take out the boxes, all the rest - return of a wash material, descent of rinsing water to the water drain - is made automatically.

The best effect of washing is reached due to application of modern, working in a complex (cleaning, disinfection) wash materials, and also due to established in the device of 4 high-power sprays which provide the delivery of a wash material and rinsing water to all surface of a box and siphons.

At first the device rinses the boxes and siphons with a main water then washes with a warm wash material and in the end again rinses with a main water. The lighting up bulb signals about the ending of the process of washing.

There is an opportunity of a choice of intensive washing. In this case washing by a wash material occurs twice longer.

The equipment except for the magnetic valve is made completely of stainless steel that provides long-term operation.
